LISTEN TO YOUR FRIENDS!
Friends make the world go round. And it is always best to remember in the mist of a passionate relationship that you will always have your friends but boyfriends come and go. Unless you are dating your best friend or are married it’s usually true that your friends have lasted longer than most of your relationships! Some of us have had friends around since we were in grade school!
That said, why don’t we listen to our friends when it comes to relationships? Don’t you realize that when you are in the la la land of love you don’t see the whole picture? You don’t see the guy treating you badly. You don’t see them flirty with others. You don’t see that you just aren’t made for one another.
But your friends do!
This is probably going to get me a lot of flack, but listen to your friends. If you are unsure about a relationship and your friends react with “finally wow I thought he was such a loser” you might want to reconsider being with that person. They know you better than anyone else. And because they are on the outside looking in, they can usually see the whole picture.
Do you need proof? Have you ever thought you were in love only to find out that your friends didn’t like this person? So what did you do, did you continue with the relationship anyway? Most likely when this came to a well predicted end, you realized that your friends were right all along didn’t you?
Unless your friends are incredibly selfish they have your best interests at heart. So at least take their opinions into consideration.
Next I think I will write about mothers and their best wishes. Unfortunately I have a completely different view when it comes to parents and I will tell you why in my next article!

Friends sometimes see things our hearts wont let us till it too late… other times they should just butt out

thank you for the comment! As long as the friend isn’t a Toxic friend then we should take what they say to heart. I should write a blog about how friends ask for each others advice and then never take it! Now that would be a good rant.
